College Democrats
Purpose: To educate college students about the Democratic party to support and encourage the Democratic candidates.

College Republicans
Purpose: To provide students an opportunity for political expression and recognition, train them as political workers, support the principles, objectives, and platform of the Republican Party, and provide pracitcle means by which they may contrubute in the development and betterment of the Republican Party as a service to the United States of America, the State of Illinois, the County of McLean, and its subdivisions.

Global Review Student Association
Purpose: Global Review is a weekly scheduled forum for the discussion of international and related topics sponsored by the Global Review Student Association. Global Review features guest speakers, panel discussions, alternative perspectives, and critical open debates of events and issues confronting the global community. Website:

Graduate Student Association
Purpose: The purpose of the Graduate Student Association is to provide a forum to voice the academic and nonacademic needs of graduate students. Furthermore, GSA will provide programming, funding for research, networking, and social opportunities for all graduates students. In addition, GSA will contribute to the formation of relevant university policies.

Habitat for Humanity
Purpose: Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit service organization committed to providing low-income housing for families in need. Through fundraising and hands-on construction, we are currently working on our ninth collegiate home in nine years.

Indy
Purpose: The Indy publishes a weekly newspaper, and sponsors events relating to the media and politics.

Law Club
Law Club is a student organization that is designed to promote a greater understanding of contemporary legal issues, and to assist students who are thinking of pursuing a career in law. The club is open to all undergraduate or graduate students regardless of their majors. The club arranges for speakers, law school tours, and frequently coordinates events with ISU's Attorney Advisory Board, which consists of alumni who are now attorneys or judges. Student Government Association
Purpose: Highest level of student representation on the Illinois State Campus, representing and working for meaningful change on issues affecting student life.

Student Peace Action Network
Purpose: SPAN is a national student network supported by the Peace Action Eduation Fund. SPAN was created to forge a more popular and diverse student peace movement. What has emerged ties the historic struggles of the peace movement with critical issues of justice that speak to the experiences of young people today.

The Patriot
Purpose: In order to provide a more diverse, liberal educational environment, the Patriot newspaper will engage in true free speech publishing articles to both print and electronic media containing ideas pertaining to freedom, individual liberty, peace and prosperity. The Patriot exists to provide a voice for ISU students with conservative political views.
