I am a first-year graduate student at ISU in the Public Service sequence. I obtained my undergraduate degree at ISU in the spring of 2020 in Political Science and Legal Studies, in addition to graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors.
My passion for public service stems back from watching my grandmother run and be elected into public office as a child, and I watched both my parents work for the State of Illinois. My passion was enhanced during my college years when I felt that our current government could do more for its citizens.
My hope in the future is to hold public office, either on the state or federal level, where I can make direct policy changes to help correct the social injustice and health care issues.
I have also taken lead roles in my collegiate sorority chapter, Delta Zeta, and led a well-established campaign in Mclean County.
